Gen AI Engineer Lead

Project Overview:

As part of the 11-Delivery department, this role focuses on leveraging Generative AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions. The position involves leading efforts in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems using advanced tools and frameworks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI applications and systems.

• Design and optimize solutions using Large Language Models and frameworks like langchain.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Create robust Python-based implementations to enhance AI capabilities and scalability.

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices.

• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Monitor performance of deployed solutions and implement enhancements as needed.

Required Skills and Experience (Mandatory):

• Proficiency in Generative AI technologies.

• Strong experience with Large Language Models.

• Expertise in frameworks such as LangChain, Langraph, Cursor, RAG, MCP

• Advanced Python programming skills.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in AI development and implementation.
