Job Summary
This global role leads the Red Hat Services AI Platform Platform GTM is responsible for driving sales of Red Hat’s Consulting, Training, and TAM offerings that align to Red Hat’s Technology Decision Points (TDPs) covering AI Platform, including Inference, Agentic Enterprise and Data Engineering. The Red Hat Services AI Platform Platform practice will create the vision, design, build, and manage solutions and provide direction and support for the practices within the Red Hat Services field teams.
In this role, you will own and lead the vision, design, sales readiness, and sales execution of AI Platform Services offerings. You will work closely with the AI Platform Platform Business Unit (BU) and AI Platform Platform Tech Sales to ensure that we are closely aligning our services strategy to our product strategy and needs of our customer and market. These solutions will help drive the growth of Red Hat’s Consulting, Training, and TAM businesses. This role will work closely with other leaders across the company to strategically partner on cross-business function programs and initiatives. A successful leader will help implement strategies across the globe in collaboration with our Geo services teams to best serve our customers and partners.
As a services sales leader for Red Hat Services of AI Platform, you will lead sales calls with customers for first-of-a-kind and key strategic opportunities. You will teach our Services sellers in our Geo teams to successfully lead future customer opportunities. This role will provide continued guidance, mentoring, and support to Services sellers with key opportunities they have for AI Platform.
As a leadership position, this role reports directly to the Global Services AI Platform Leader and partners with executive leadership across the BU, Tech Sales, and Ecosystem, as well as providing executive-level updates to Red Hat’s C-level leadership team (CLT) as necessary.
This is a remote position with future weekly travel to customer sites and can be located anywhere in the U.S. within close proximity to an airport. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
• Define the Red Hat Services vision, strategy, roadmap, and success criteria aligned to AI Platform's TDP.
• Provide the direction and oversight of new services solutions, ensuring close alignment with the BU, Tech Sales, Ecosystem, and Services Portfolio.
2. Go-To-Market Execution
• Drive field readiness and collaborate with Services Portfolio for internal communications and launch readiness activities for AI Platform services
• Partner with Marketing, Tech Sales, and Services Portfolio teams to provide consistent messaging and sales enablement, including seller training sessions, internal communications, and capturing customer wins.
• Develop and lead internal campaigns (e.g. the Red Hat AI Factory campaign ) to grow the pipeline.
• Contribute customer feedback, competitive insights, and delivery learnings to the AI Platform team for incorporation into future solution iterations
3. Sales Alignment & Pipeline Acceleration
• Lead customer sales presentations for key strategic opportunities and guide Services Sellers (TSMs) through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Tech Sales and TSMs to understand pipeline health and unblock opportunities.
• Guide the execution of sales plays and field feedback loops.
4. Reporting & KPI Ownership
• Provide executive-level reporting and analysis on GTM success.
• Monitor performance metrics across delivery adoption, pipeline conversion, and partner influence.
• Track and communicate KPIs across service bookings and revenue.
5. Partner Strategy & Scale
• Lead services partner strategy with GSIs, Regional SIs, and key ISV collaborators.
• Design and build co-delivery frameworks with key partners and ensure delivery quality is in place for Red Hat Services to scale our customer impact through our partners.
Required Skills:
• 7+ years of solution sales experience for an enterprise software company
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• 5+ years of experience bringing products and solutions to market
• Experience with AI/ML
• Direct experience with AI Platforms in the Kubernetes ecosystem
• Experience defining and driving the value of professional services in a large organization
• Ability to work in a distributed, multicultural and matrix organization
• Bachelor's degree in a technology or any analytical discipline; Graduate degree in management preferred.
• Executive presence with public speaking skills
• English, and ideally other required language skills
• Ability to travel internationally

Preferred Skills:
• Appreciation of and passion for open-source software
• Direct customer and partner-facing sales experience
• Experience with Red Hat’s technology portfolio, including Kubernetes and AI Platforms
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and other public clouds.
• Previous implementation experience as a consultant or consulting leader
The salary range for this position is $247,780.00 - $409,000.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
