• Deliver Global Control Tower support for Princess Polly across all three regions, ensuring accurate and timely compilation, validation, and reporting of operational data
• Support ASN processes and landed cost reporting, including system integration and detailed reporting by SKU and Purchase Order (PO)
• Perform KPI tracking, reason code analysis, and compliance monitoring, including POD (Proof of Delivery) accuracy, POD date timeliness, and milestone performance measurement
• Proactively resolve operational queries and disputes with branches across countries and regions, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Effectively plan and manage workload, working collaboratively within a high-performing team while coordinating with both internal team and external customer
• Maintain high-quality communication with global freight forwarding branches and senior management, taking initiative to address challenges, meet urgent requirements, and deliver within tight deadlines
• Support the compilation and verification of shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements
• Monitor shipment progress and support timely updates on key milestones and deliverables
• Assist in improving data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operational workflows
• Support preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations for internal team and external customer.
Requirements :
• 1–3 years experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations
• Hands-on experience in documentation and customs clearance
• Familiar with UK, Europe & US shipping requirements is an advantage
• Strong MS Excel & PPT skills is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
