Head of People Analytics & Innovation
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Define and lead the end-to-end people analytics and innovation strategy, aligning it with HR and business priorities while building a roadmap of high-impact initiatives
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, automation solutions, and analytics applications using Python, SQL, and modern ML/LLM technologies
• Build predictive and prescriptive models for workforce planning, retention, engagement, mobility, and employee experience
• Create executive-level dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that deliver clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
• Lead enterprise survey and feedback programs, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to generate strategic recommendations
• Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to identify key analytical needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Translate complex analytical outputs into compelling narratives and presentations for executive audiences
• Establish scalable data infrastructure, governance frameworks, and self-service analytics capabilities
• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Data Engineering teams to ensure responsible and secure data usage
• Build, hire, and mentor a small analytics team while fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR data science, or related quantitative fields
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing analytics teams, including hiring and talent development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL, including statistical modeling and production-level development
• Proven experience building AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or data products end-to-end
• Experience with modern AI frameworks, including LLMs, GenAI APIs, NLP, or agent-based architectures
• Ability to design and execute enterprise survey programs and translate qualitative data into actionable insights
• Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (such as Workday) and BI tools (such as Tableau, Looker, or Snowflake)
• Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on technical contributor
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or Computer Science (advanced degree preferred)
