About this role

Accountabilities:

• Lead the Sales Operations and Analytics organization, defining strategy, operating model, priorities, and team structure to support scalable go-to-market execution.

• Own the sales operating backbone, including forecasting support, territory and account planning, pipeline management, reporting, and productivity measurement.

• Build and maintain a trusted sales data foundation, including standardized metrics, governance frameworks, reporting systems, and cross-functional alignment on data definitions.

• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Finance, Strategy, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to design scalable workflows, dashboards, and operational processes.

• Drive automation and process optimization across key revenue workflows such as account planning, quoting, approvals, and pipeline management.

• Develop and embed a high-impact analytics function that delivers actionable insights directly into leadership and seller workflows.

• Lead, mentor, and grow senior managers and teams while fostering a culture of accountability, rigor, and business impact.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or related go-to-market leadership roles.

• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior managers and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.

• Strong expertise in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and operating cadence design in complex B2B environments.

• Proven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Strategy, Product, and Engineering.

• Deep analytical and systems thinking skills, with experience building scalable data models, trusted metrics, and reporting frameworks.

• Experience driving process redesign and workflow automation across CRM, forecasting, or revenue operations tools.

• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured operating plans and measurable outcomes.

• Preferred: experience leading combined Sales Ops and Analytics functions, exposure to enterprise or multi-segment sales organizations, familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks, and experience integrating AI or predictive analytics into revenue workflows.

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent in business, analytics, or related fields is a plus.
