Summary
Responsible for the IDC continuous quality improvement (CQI) program, including management of clinical metrics, quality committees, process improvements, data, and reporting of HIV treatment, prevention, and testing activities. Enter and validate data in CAREWare database. Utilize data to support continuous quality improvement (CQI) plans and feedback for project and department leaders. Complete and submit all required reports in a timely manner. Work with IDC team to disseminate program activities.
Job Duties
• Manage clinical data; develop and maintain automated and manual systems necessary to ensure outcome measurement and tracking of information necessary for program use and reporting to outside agencies.
• Complete and submit data, performance, financial, and other reports to funders.
• Meet with internal and external management and stakeholders to ensure entire adherence to standards.
• Support Program Director with grant reports and submissions
• Develop and improve systems for data management and provision of quality care
• Lead Data to Care (D2C), FOCUS data management, and Quality Improvement Project activities
• Develop and employ mechanisms for patient feedback
• Support outreach activities to ensure patients are optimally retained in care and virally suppressed
• Provide department staff and leadership with data and reports for analysis and research
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in public health, social work, data science/management or related
• 1 year public health, clinical research, or similar role

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
