As part of our ongoing commitment to industrial modernization and performance optimization, we’re excited to offer an internship where you’ll be able to shape the future of our foundry production flows. You’ll be involved in identifying areas for improvement, helping us create more efficient processes, and contributing to positive, sustainable change.
What You’ll Do
• Support the analysis of production flows (materials, work-in-progress, equipment, and information).
• Identify areas where we can improve processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to develop solutions using operational excellence tools (Lean, WPO, DEC, etc.).
• Work closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure changes are well-understood and embraced.
• Help assess and suggest digital tools to improve monitoring systems and real-time reporting.
What We're Looking For:
• You’re an engineering student (industrial, mechanical, production systems, or related field) in your 4th or 5th year.
• You speak French and English fluently; German is a nice bonus.
• You have a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and a creative problem-solving approach.
• You enjoy being hands-on and working closely with others to achieve goals.
• You’re passionate about operational excellence and are eager to learn and grow within an industrial setting.
Location: Colmar-Berg, Luxembourg
Duration: 4 to 6 months
