Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver AI-enabled automation flows that streamline enterprise operations, using intelligent orchestration to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency, including Auto-Patching, Cloud resource provisioning, RPA tools, etc.

• Build and maintain agentic flow that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks by integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and business tools.

• Develop and manage prompt/harness engineering artifacts (prompt libraries, templates, structured outputs), enabling reusable and scalable AI-driven automation patterns.

• Establish evaluation and optimization loops for AI workflows — continuously improving output quality, reliability, and cost efficiency through testing, feedback, and iteration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities, translate business needs into AI-driven solutions, and track outcomes via operational KPIs.
