JDE Data Analyst/Project Scanner Lead
About this role
What you will do:
As JDE Data Analyst/Project Scanner Lead you will be supporting Water Mechanical North America with Data Item Integrity and Set Up of the new DSI system in 3100 Mfg. faciltiy. You will be working with Materials, Engineering, SOP, Product Mgt. teams and other functional groups to ensure that all required Material Master Data and Bill of Material changes for an Engineering change have been completed and implemented accurately in JDE for release to other functional groups, and finally to production.
• Monitor, track, and coordinate Engineering Changes in JDE.
• Assist with implementation of new products and maintenance changes in JDE.
• Attend new product introduction meetings and keep accurate notes.
• Capture project information to prepare progress reports and to identify critical path items.
• Creation/Review/Inactivation of JDE Material Master Data and multi-level Bills of Materials.
• Coordinate Master Data requirements across departments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor, track, review creation or changes of Master Data in MDG/JDE.
• Learn the MDG system to become the lead analyst and user support in that area.
• Learn the JDE system to support end-users on the Lubbock, TX campus.
• Learn company processes to problem solve successfully. Function as JDE Super-User.
• Develop training and other end-user documentation.
• Participate in JDE process improvement initiatives to meet business goals.
• Create JDE test scripts and execute testing for new process development in JDE.
• Work with JDE Center of Excellence (CoE) on technical updates or opportunities, user acceptance testing.
• Lead JDE project planning and execution, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management.
What we look for:
• Must have 5 years minimum of hands-on JDE & DSI experience, specifically with Material Master Data, Bills of Material creation or changes, Engineering Changes in JDE.
• High-level JDE proficiency with JDE modules and DSI.
• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook is required.
• Highly organized, pragmatic, and personable with a very clear and efficient communication style.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability required.
• Proven record of working in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Experience running/organizing meetings and accurate note keeping of action items.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $58,600-64,200 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
