About this role

We are looking for a Helpdesk specialist to join our international KBS team. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of activities designed to ensure efficient and accurate support in the accounts payable area. Your daily tasks will involve close collaboration with the invoice processing team, suppliers and business teams to facilitate the processing of invoices.

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact point for AP‑related inquiries received via email, ticketing systems, or other defined channels
• Register, classify, prioritize, and resolve AP helpdesk cases
• Investigate and respond to common AP inquiries such as invoice status, payment status and due dates, overdue invoice clarifications, duplicate invoices and invoice discrepancies
• Provide clear, professional communication to vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all cases, including clear descriptions Monitor case progress and ensure timely closure or escalation where required
• of investigation steps and resolution
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports related to helpdesk volumes, case aging, and recurring issues
• Support the creation, maintenance, and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Contribute to AP process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts together with Process Leads and Global Process Owners

• Mininum 2-year experience in AP helpdesk or accounts payable area
• Proficiency in English and German (C1); additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office tools

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.800 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
