Job Description
As a Knowledge Management Architect, you drive strategic alignment between the Business Unit and central knowledge management initiatives. Serving as a key interface across both organizations, you help shape and advance the knowledge management agenda by strengthening processes, enhancing enabling tools, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You define how knowledge is created, governed, and published for BU end users, while supporting the adoption of scalable processes for content creation, publication, and validation.
Key responsibilities:
• Support and maintain development activities within cross-functional service innovation project teams, contributing to successful delivery across scope, timelines, costs, methodologies, and resource planning.
• Develop and maintain service architecture configurations and define product integration touchpoints to ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Apply service architecture and project management methodologies to improve organizational processes, innovation efficiency, and solution development outcomes.
• Analyze service and solution development challenges, incorporating technical, operational, and business insights to support informed decision-making and project execution.
• Synchronize service-enabling hardware, systems, and software developments within the scope of service innovation projects.
• Manage project activities, schedules, and deliverables within the assigned workstream, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives, quality standards, and performance requirements.
• Provide guidance and input to internal stakeholders, external providers, and project partners on planning, execution, and content development, fostering collaboration across teams.
• Optimize resource utilization and support budget, schedule, and project performance management to meet predefined objectives.
• Contribute to successful service innovation outcomes by ensuring clear stakeholder alignment, effective project execution, and strong integration across service solution developments.
Professional profile:
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Information Systems with a link to publishing or a related field.
• You bring 8+ years of experience in Content Editing, Service Content creation, service innovation or a related field with a Bachelor’s degree.
• You have an understanding of service architecture, service users, solution integration, project management methodologies, and business process optimization, with the ability to work across technical and business domains.
• You are comfortable analyzing complex situations and translating insights into practical service content or publication solution development recommendations.
• You have strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills, and are able to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
• You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring alignment with quality, procedural, and business requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, project management, technical writing, solution architecture, serviceability, reliability engineering, QA, or regulated environments is considered a plus.
