Accountabilities
• Provide technical implementation and troubleshooting for AI-powered detection solutions
• Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven detection models
• Configure machine learning algorithms to enhance detection efficacy
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to AI functionalities
• Create applications using APIs to enhance AI capabilities
• Support clients in interpreting AI-generated alerts
• Leverage AI for vulnerability prioritization and asset management
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing security workflows
• Support Incident Response teams with AI threat hunting
• Lead AI skills workshops for team members
• Collaborate with the team to create customer-facing AI materials
• Travel up to 25% of the time when necessary
Requirements
• 8 years of experience in IT deployments or similar environments
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning in cybersecurity
• Knowledge of software deployment technologies
• Proficient with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Experience with AI-powered security tools
• Familiarity with data science principles related to security
• Experience in security automation and orchestration platforms
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to present AI concepts to various audiences
