Lead Analytics Consultant
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Lead and deliver end-to-end data analytics projects, including dashboarding, automation, data applications, and analytics platform solutions
• Build analytics products and solutions using best practices in data visualization, analytics engineering, and process automation
• Manage and guide small consulting teams (typically 1–3 members) through project execution and delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical functions to define scope, prioritize requirements, and ensure project alignment
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and deliver insights that drive measurable value
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, solution design, and proposal development
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth and client relationship expansion
• Lead internal initiatives to improve delivery processes, methodologies, and analytics best practices
• Provide training and enablement to client teams to support adoption of analytics tools and solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, or analytics consulting
• 2+ years of experience leading technical delivery and managing analytics projects or teams
• Strong expertise in at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, or Python
• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks is a strong plus
• Proven ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
• Strong consulting and client management skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to independently lead projects, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business impact through data
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
