Accountabilities
• Act as a strategic analytics partner to department stakeholders, including fundraisers and teams within Philanthropy Effectiveness.
• Query and analyze data from CRM and data warehouse to support operational reporting and performance tracking.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches, delivering clear insights using curated enterprise datasets.
• Ensure analytics products align with enterprise data governance standards and best practices.
• Contribute to Development data governance and promote strong data management and reporting standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience designing and generating reports, and manipulating data for analysis.
• Knowledge of current technology in database management, data visualization, and analytics.
• Experience with relational databases and manipulating relational data in various applications.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Familiarity with principles and practices of business intelligence.
