Learning Program Manager - Soft Skills, Talent and Leadership Development

Job Description

Are you our new Learning Program Manager for Soft Skills, Talent and Leadership Development who will champion innovative learning solutions to accelerate talent and leadership growth within our organization?

What will you be doing?

As the Program Manager for Soft Skills, Talent, and Leadership Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our global Talent & Leadership agenda. You will lead the design, project management, execution, and evaluation of high-impact learning programs that build leadership capability across the organization. Working closely with Global HR Business Partners, you will ensure our leadership programs are aligned with strategic priorities, business needs, and emerging leadership trends.

This role requires extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver modern, relevant, and engaging learning experiences. You will define learning objectives, shape project scopes, manage timelines, and establish success metrics, ensuring that programs directly address critical organizational needs. In this role, you will be expected to translate learning initiatives into measurable business outcomes, supported by clear KPIs, data insights, and structured impact evaluation.

You will apply the 70:20:10 learning philosophy to develop blended, scalable solutions and oversee the full leadership curriculum. This includes continuously refreshing content, facilitating sessions when required, and ensuring programs remain responsive to evolving organizational expectations. You will also be responsible for effective resource management, supplier oversight, and budget stewardship.

Because this role operates in a global, complex, and technical environment, you will design solutions that are scalable across regions, adaptable to diverse cultural contexts, and suitable for enterprise‑level deployment.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and SMEs to assess Soft Skills, Talent, and leadership development needs and define clear objectives, scope, and success measures that are directly linked to business priorities and measurable KPIs.
• Continually update the Soft Skills, Talent, and Leadership Development curriculum to reflect best practices, research, and evolving organizational requirements.
• Design data-driven, 70:20:10-aligned learning solutions and facilitate leadership development sessions when needed, ensuring decisions are supported by data, insights, and impact evaluation.
• Lead end-to-end program management for leadership initiatives, ensuring strong planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and post-implementation evaluation, with clear reporting on program effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze insights and feedback to strengthen program effectiveness and ensure alignment with the Talent & Leadership strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with external learning partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and strategic, cost-effective use of budget.

What do we ask from you?

• Master's degree in Learning and Development, Educational Science, I&O Psychology, or Human Resource Management/Development, with solid knowledge of learning technologies.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational learning and leadership development in complex, technical, and multinational contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the business impact of learning programs, supported by concrete examples of KPI‑driven evaluation and data‑based decision‑making.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership programs that are globally scalable.
• Strategic, systems-oriented thinker with expertise in LMS/LXP ecosystems, ideally with experience in Workday.
• Strong influencing and communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English at a native level, with high cultural intelligence.
• Assertive, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally (about 30%)
