Learning Specialist, Sales & Product Support
About this role
The incumbent will support the team in engaging and providing clients by creating value differentiating solutions.
• Create research / account plans for clients, industries and sectors including power maps, buyer values, value propositions and opportunities
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and suggest insights
• Draw out ideas on how the training solution provides a differentiated value proposition to the clients
• Write concept paper and proposal documents for client pitching
• Prepare and present learning solutions and pricing models to internal and external stakeholder teams with confidence
• Support presentations to mid to senior level client executives.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients.
• Oversee and manage projects related and not limited to course documentation updates, monitoring course performance, event support & administration, etc.
• Identify, recruit and onboard qualified faculty aligned to programme needs and organisational standards.
Job Requirements
• Min 3 years of working experience with Business Development or Account Management experience or Enterprise Solution & B2C sales
• Learning and development, human capital or consulting background
• Good stakeholder management in complex working environment and multi-layered engagement.
• Research and analyse data to suggest insights that are relevant and value add to the solutioning for client.
• Discern corporate and human capital challenges and opportunities and relate with new learning paradigms.
• Understanding and sensemaking about clients’ context and challenges.
