About the opportunity
You support the daily administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QIAGEN’s global Learning Management System (Docebo). In this hands‑on internship, you work closely with the learning and talent teams to keep learning content accurate and accessible, support users worldwide, and contribute to platform enhancements, including AI‑driven solutions. This role offers practical exposure to learning technologies, reporting, and system administration in an international environment.
Your tasks include
• Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the QIAGEN Learning Management System (Docebo), including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Creating, updating, and organizing courses, learning paths, and classes within the LMS
• Supporting the planning and implementation of LMS updates and maintaining clear, up‑to‑date internal user guides
• Assisting with the implementation and testing of AI‑driven tools and features within the platform
• Providing first‑level support to learners and instructors, responding to LMS‑related questions and technical issues
• Preparing custom statistical and audit reports, primarily using Excel
Your profile
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Very good working knowledge of Excel, including data handling and reporting
• Basic knowledge of HTML or willingness to develop it further
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week for a period of 6 months (contract of mandate), with potential for extension
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in an educational, training, or e‑learning environment, or familiarity with other LMS platforms, is an advantage
