Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting quantitative analysis to identify new business opportunities, optimize profitability and marketing efficiency of business and ascertain root cause of business issues. Apply data mining and statistics (i.e. retention models, customer segmentation models, predictive forecast).
• Prepare reports based on analysis and present to business managers with strategic actionable insights.
• Prepare and maintain various performance dashboard by Tableau.
• Design and develop quantitative models for data management improvement
• Be the focal point and responsible for division/team administration and coordination.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
• Clearly communicate with the internal customers regarding their needs and expectations through active listening and proactive questioning skills.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Management or related disciplines is preferred.

• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in business intelligence analytics / database marketing in banking / financial industry is preferred.

• Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Financial technology (Fintech).

• Good at business intelligence applications, analytics platform, database software such as SAS, Python, Tableau and Excel.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
