Job Description
• Support the development and delivery of sector‑specific and ESG analytics, including benchmarking, trend analysis, early‑warning indicators and thematic insights.
• Work with business, sector specialists and ESG stakeholders to clarify analytical requirements and translate them into practical, implementable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, turnaround time and consistency through automation of recurring analytics, reporting and data preparation tasks.
• Support experimentation with GenAI‑enabled analytics or automation use cases, focusing on practical adoption and measurable efficiency gains.
• Design, build or enhance ETL processes and data transformations to support sector, ESG and productivity use cases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring data quality, traceability and consistency in downstream analytics.
Job Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, automation, or closely related roles, preferably within banking or large regulated environments.
• Hands‑on experience delivering sector, ESG, product or business analytics, from requirements through to production use.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, data transformation, and analytics workflows, with exposure to ETL and automation concepts.
• Experience working in cross‑functional environments, collaborating with business, analytics and Technology teams.
Preferred
• Exposure to Wholesale Banking sectors, ESG analytics, or sustainability‑related data and reporting.
• Experience delivering productivity or automation initiatives, beyond one‑off analytics.
• Familiarity with data governance, audit considerations and regulatory controls in a bank setting.
• Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor or workstream lead.
