We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to help power the evolution of our proprietary platform, d.Suite—a critical engine behind campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across our organization. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, operations, and enablement, driving real impact through training, documentation, and smart solution design.

🌟 What You’ll Do
📚 Train & Empower Teams
• Design and lead engaging training programs for Paid Search practitioners
• Build onboarding experiences that accelerate adoption of internal tools
• Host workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions that stick
• Drive consistency across teams while continuously improving learning strategies
đź§ Own Knowledge & Documentation
• Create and maintain best-in-class documentation (SOPs, user guides, release notes)
• Build a centralized knowledge hub for the Paid Search ecosystem
• Translate complex workflows into clear, scalable frameworks
• Ensure teams always have the right information at the right time
⚙️ Bridge Business & Technology
• Turn campaign needs into actionable product requirements
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations to design smarter solutions
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data accuracy
• Help shape the product roadmap with a focus on real business impact
âś… What You Bring
• 6+ years in digital advertising with deep Paid Search (SEM/PPC) expertise
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
• A passion for training, enablement, and building scalable processes
• Clear, confident communication skills and a drive to influence change
Bonus Points:
• Ad tech or internal platform experience
• Agile environment exposure (Scrum/Kanban)
• Background in process optimization or change management

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $110,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
