• Support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of construction financial and performance reporting under the direction of Construction leadership and Project Controls.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize project health and key performance indicators (KPIs) across cost, schedule, productivity, and risk.
• Establish and execute data QA/QC checks and reporting standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and repeatability of portfolio reporting.
• Communicate project status, cost performance, and schedule updates through dashboards, narratives, and stakeholder presentations to support decision-making.
• Maintain detailed reporting for project workstreams and provide roll-up reporting that summarizes performance at the project and portfolio levels.
• Document processes and maintain development standards that support data governance and knowledge sharing.
• Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve report functionality and usability.
• Present dashboards, training, or demos to promote adoption of analytics tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, construction analytics, or advisory roles supporting large capital projects.
• 2+ years of people management experience (direct reports) and/or demonstrated experience leading and developing others in a team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required (data modeling, DAX, and Power Query/M).
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, dataflows, semantic layer design) and working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure/Fabric/Snowflake).
• Exposure to data governance, version control, or metadata management.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate between technical and business audiences and influence standards.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and apply automation to improve processes.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
• Experience with cost management systems such as EcoSys and/or Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP/cost tools).
• Candidates with advanced degrees or professional certifications/accreditations in Data, Cost Management, Schedule, Construction Management, or related fields are preferred.
