Manager, Service Insights and Analytics

Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Insight and Reporting Analysts, ensuring effective delivery of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.

• Partner with Risk and enterprise stakeholders to identify key business priorities and develop data-driven strategies that support decision-making.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models to provide standardized and scalable insights across the organization.

• Oversee the development of advanced analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment between data insights and business objectives.

• Translate complex datasets from multiple systems into clear, actionable insights, forecasts, and performance reports.

• Drive data strategy, including data architecture, integration, and lifecycle management across multiple platforms.

• Guide continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions.

• Provide leadership in team development, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and talent growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or statistical modeling in a data-driven environment.

• Proven experience generating insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.

• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data integration, and analytics frameworks.

• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and storytelling with complex datasets.

• Experience using analytics and statistical tools such as SAS, R, or similar platforms.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and performance development.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
