Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager

Position Overview
The Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager is responsible for turning data into clear, actionable insights that support marketing strategy and business decision-making across TruGreen. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role partners closely with Brand, Product, Website, CRM, and Media teams to help identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This role goes beyond standard reporting and requires a strong analytical thinker who can connect data across channels, translate complex findings into clear narratives, and provide recommendations that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both data and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Insights

• Translate marketing performance data into actionable insights that guide strategy across brand, demand generation, CRM, website, and product marketing initiatives.

• Analyze customer, campaign, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

• Surface meaningful insights and provide recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

• Support marketing, product, and operational teams with reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

• Assist teams in developing measurement plans for campaigns, initiatives, and testing strategies.

• Partner with Brand, Media, Website, and CRM teams to support structured testing plans and performance analysis.

• Analyze results from creative tests, landing page experiments, promotions, and campaign optimizations.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring KPI reporting related to acquisition, retention, engagement, satisfaction, and campaign performance.

• Support customer segmentation, audience analysis, and customer journey insights initiatives.

• Help translate complex data into clear, concise summaries and presentations for business stakeholders and leadership.

• Coordinate with external vendors and research partners on qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including customer satisfaction, ad testing, and concept testing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-level scorecards.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence presenting findings and recommendations to leadership teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience working with marketing and analytics platforms.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, business analytics, or a related field.

• Experience supporting qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.

• Strong analytical and statistical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

• Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with survey and research platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey.

• Experience working in a customer-focused, service-based, or subscription-driven business environment preferred.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting strategic discussions with marketing and business stakeholders.

Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges

$95,010.00 - $158,350.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
