Job Description

The Marketing and Data Analyst Graduate is responsible for supporting the implementation of standard marketing procedures for tasks like updating collateral and organizing digital assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies, working under direct supervision. The role assists in responding to requests for information, follows prescribed procedures to complete routine marketing tasks efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines and quality standards. The role helps to document all marketing processes, tasks, and activities meticulously, maintaining detailed records for quality control, compliance, and future reference, and ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible. The role also helps collate data and assemble high quality reports to leadership and customers using various data platforms like Qlikview, Excel & PowerBI.

Job Responsibilities:

• Helps implement standard marketing procedures for repetitive tasks, such as updating marketing collateral and organizing digital assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies, working under direct supervision.
• Helps to document all marketing processes, tasks, and activities meticulously, maintaining detailed records for quality control, compliance, and future reference, and ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Adheres to established marketing procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all assigned tasks, regularly reviewing own work to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
• Aids in the coordination and execution of marketing projects and campaigns by providing logistical and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and tracking project progress.
• Assists in responding to internal and external requests for information by gathering relevant data, preparing documents, and providing timely and accurate responses to stakeholders.
• Designs and builds reports to be used for key decision making and performance tracking in the organization.
• Follows prescribed procedures and work instructions closely to complete routine marketing tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
