Job Description
As a senior leader within the Digital Marketing and Technology team, you will build and scale a modern, AI-enabled marketing analytics function that drives enterprise decision-making. You will transform how marketing performance is measured, understood, and acted on—serving as a strategic partner to marketing, business, and technology leaders.
You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of marketing data and analytics - elevating it into a proactive, insight-driven function that shapes business outcomes.

The Marketing Data and Analytics Senior Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
• Build and lead a high-impact analytics function
Develop and scale a best-in-class team, operating model, and roadmap that positions data and analytics as core drivers of marketing and business strategy.
• Drive executive decision-making through data and storytelling
Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations; confidently present insights to senior leadership and influence enterprise priorities.
• Embed AI and advanced analytics into marketing
Develop and apply predictive models, segmentation, CLV frameworks, and AI/ML-driven approaches to improve targeting, personalization, and performance.
• Own performance measurement and optimization
Lead digital analytics, experimentation, SEO, and on-site search measurement - connecting insights across the customer journey to drive continuous optimization.
• Deliver scalable insights and self-service capabilities
Design KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that simplify complexity, accelerate decisions, and enable broader access to insights.
• Partner across the enterprise to enable data-driven marketing
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams as well as our vendors and media agency to improve data quality, governance, and infrastructure readiness for advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Drive organizational change
Champion a data- and AI-driven culture; influence stakeholders across a large, complex organization to adopt new ways of working.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
• 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, or measurement.
• Prior experience having built, scaled, and led a marketing analytics function in a complex large organization.
• Executive presence; able to influence and communicate with senior leaders.
• Marketing analytics expertise: A/B testing, segmentation, forecasting, measurement frameworks.
• Hands-on skills with Python or R, and BI/web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, or Google Analytics).
• Experience applying AI/ML to marketing use cases with measurable impact.
• Experience with relational databases, including SQL development, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience working with multiple, large unstructured datasets to drive actions that improve marketing performance.
• Marketing funnel/customer journey and omnichannel measurement (including search, web, email, paid media) experience.
• At least 3+ years of people managing experience, managing 3 or more direct reports.
• Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
