Accountabilities
• Act as the day-to-day subject matter expert for marketing automation and email platforms.
• Translate marketing strategies into operational requirements, including campaigns and webinars.
• Support program management for various marketing tools and ensure campaign alignment.
• Maintain and enhance campaign templates and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot marketing automation issues in coordination with IT and vendors.
• Build and launch outbound campaigns and nurture flows with clear targets.
• Operationalize lead generation and conversion programs by implementing structured journeys.
• Manage end-to-end webinar operations including planning and follow-up activities.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) execution and tracking.
• Own the cleaning and standardization of contact lists to maximize usability.
Requirements
• 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration with marketing tools.
• Experience in planning and executing webinars using tools like Zoom or ON24.
• Proficient in building reports and dashboards with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Comfortable manipulating data and using Excel or SQL for analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign execution and data accuracy.
