About us
We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to join our core team at the Shared Service Centre in Warsaw. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a best-in-class service. As part of the Data Management Team, you’ll focus on operational excellence across our global locations, standardizing data and driving automation.

Your main tasks
• Report the effects of work, KPIs and changes in processes to the Master Data Manager
• Secure tasks related to the master data management processes and ensuring effective cooperation in this respect with other departments
• Demonstrate the understanding of business environment in given area (awareness of supplier and customer data management area and specifics would be a plus)
• Participate and support transition of activities to SSC in Warsaw
• Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within led team and externally)
• Ensure process quality with effective issue solution implementation
• Standardize and automate Master Data processes
• Responsibility for the compliance of the entrusted process with the specified data management policy and other internal and external regulations
• Update Data Management policies and SOP procedures
• Support Data Management related projects and GBS Strategy
Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Global Master Data Management
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is essential
• Strong analytical background
• Very good Excel skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for process improvement
• Proactive and innovative mindset.
• Excellent command of the English language.
