WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Invent the technological paradigms that’ll govern the next generation of products in the age of consumer AI

- Advance the next big frontier of AI: emotional intelligence and relational reasoning

- Own the product experience end-to-end working across the stack from context engineering, agent harness, memory system, tooling, etc. while considering impact on user experience

- Strong confidence in your intuition, product sense, and judgement

- Thinks in terms of product experience and can figure out how to build it

- Can scale across the entire stack

- Loves learning and reading about psychology, sociology, and similar

- Founder mentality with attention to detail that care about the backside of the fence

- Strong communicator with high confidence and low ego

- P99 consumer of claude code and codex tokens

- Experience with Typescript, Python, and building agentic systems
