Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

Accountabilities:

• Develop narrative concepts and scripts aligned with existing AI characters and evolving content needs

• Produce high-quality longform cinematic videos using AI-first workflows and generative tools

• Manage end-to-end production pipelines including prompting, generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery

• Build and optimize node-based workflows using tools such as ComfyUI for image and video generation

• Ensure visual and character consistency across sequences, maintaining continuity in style and storytelling

• Apply motion graphics, color grading, and post-production techniques to deliver polished final outputs

• Experiment with emerging AI video models and tools, integrating innovations into production workflows

• Collaborate with creative leadership while independently executing production decisions and technical implementation

• Continuously refine workflows to improve speed, scalability, and output quality

Requirements:

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, motion design, or digital content creation

• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and AI-driven or generative visual work

• Proven hands-on experience with ComfyUI and node-based workflow systems

• Advanced knowledge of Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, prompting, LoRAs, inpainting, and upscaling techniques

• Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual narrative structure

• Proficiency with traditional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent

• Ability to maintain character consistency and scene coherence across AI-generated sequences

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

• High autonomy, fast iteration mindset, and ability to work in ambiguous, experimental environments

• Comfort working with uncensored and adult-oriented content (#NSFW requirement)
