As the NetSuite Functional Lead, you are the architect of our global ERP ecosystem. You will lead the functional execution of global rollouts and provide expert-level support. We are looking for a "power user" who leverages modern AI tools to accelerate system configuration, documentation, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Global ERP Rollouts: Lead the functional setup of NetSuite OneWorld for new subsidiaries, including Tax Nexuses, Multi-currency, and localized Chart of Accounts.
• System Architecture & Migration: Map and execute data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) to NetSuite with 100% data integrity.
• Expert Support (Level 3): Serve as the final escalation point for complex functional issues, bypassing the need for external consultants for most tasks.
• Automation & Workflows: Design and build advanced SuiteFlows and Saved Searches to eliminate manual bottlenecks in Finance and Operations.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate the creation of functional requirements, automate system documentation, and perform advanced data analysis.
Required Qualifications:
• NetSuite Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with at least 3 full-lifecycle global rollouts.
• Technical Literacy: Expert-level knowledge of OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Fixed Assets.
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize ERP workflows, write documentation, or analyze large datasets.
• Independence: Proven ability to manage complex functional tasks without the oversight of a dedicated Project Manager.
• Language: Professional-level English for direct reporting to the Corporate Director.
