About the Role:

As a Senior Specialist on the Finance Business Systems team, the Training & Digital Adoption Advisor leads the development of Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) across our financial landscape. You’ll drive adoption and evolution for Oracle Fusion, EPM, and Procurement modules, ensuring a seamless digital experience across all our integrated Finance systems.

This role ensures that digital adoption initiatives, in-application guidance, and training resources are delivered in a structured and coordinated manner. The Program Manager works closely with business stakeholders, training teams, developers, and release management teams to ensure digital guidance aligns with business processes and system releases.

The role oversees project planning, resource coordination, governance, and quality assurance for OGL programs and ensures that digital adoption solutions are delivered consistently, on time, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management:

• Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) initiatives across enterprise applications;

• Project manage Oracle Guided Learning programs, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities;

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource staffing plans for OGL initiatives;

• Manage assigned resources and deliverables to ensure project milestones and objectives are met;

• Review and manage delivery against approved scope, program objectives, and platform licensing agreements.

Prepare and provide regular internal project status reports, including:

• Project progress and key activities;

• Risk and issue tracking;

• Resource utilization and forecast;

• Planned activities and upcoming milestones.

Training & Digital Adoption Planning:

Conduct Training Needs Analyses with internal stakeholders to:

• Identify business processes and system tasks required by different user groups;

• Identify gaps between current user skills and required competencies;

• Define digital adoption and OGL content requirements;

• Work with stakeholders to translate business processes into structured digital guidance requirements;

• Communicate OGL content requirements to internal developers, training teams, or Oracle support resources;

• Coordinate content development timelines and review cycles with project teams.

Content Governance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure consistency, standards, and quality across all OGL content and digital adoption materials;

• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals for new or updated digital guidance;

• Provide quality control and validation for digital guidance materials prior to release;

• Ensure guidance remains aligned with system updates, process changes, and application releases.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Program Coordination:

• Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, training teams, developers, and external partners;

• Act as the project counterpart for training leads, digital adoption teams, or implementation partners supporting the program;

• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and operational discussions related to OGL initiatives;

• Support the alignment of OGL activities with system deployment schedules and release management cycles.

Continuous Learning & Platform Knowledge:

• Complete Oracle Guided Learning Developer and Project Manager training and certification;

• Participate in Oracle OGL product updates, quarterly upgrade sessions, and advanced product webinars;

• Maintain awareness of evolving digital adoption platform capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience;

• Significant experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, preferably within ERP implementations;

• Ability to work with in-application guidance tools and content creation platforms;

• Understanding of the SaaS implementation lifecycle;

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar systems; Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) experience preferred;

• Experience coordinating work across training, change management, and system implementation teams;

• Professional fluency in both English and French;

• Strong project management and organizational skills;

• Experience coordinating work across training, change management, and system implementation teams;

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex environments;

• Willingness to travel as required.
