Outcomes Research Director
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Lead the translation of global outcomes research and evidence strategies into regional and country-specific execution plans across Mid-Europe.
• Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to develop integrated evidence strategies supporting market access, reimbursement, and value demonstration.
• Assess HTA, reimbursement, and market access landscapes to identify evidence gaps, barriers, and strategic opportunities across key markets.
• Design and support health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence initiatives, including studies, models, publications, and strategic tools.
• Collaborate with country affiliates to support HTA submissions, reimbursement dossiers, and tender processes with tailored evidence packages.
• Build and strengthen outcomes research capabilities across the region through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing with local teams.
• Monitor evolving scientific, methodological, and policy trends to ensure evidence strategies remain competitive and forward-looking.
• Represent the organization in scientific forums, congresses, and publications to advance external visibility and credibility of evidence work.
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, health sciences, or a related field; PhD strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of post-graduate experience in outcomes research, health economics, HTA, market access, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of European HTA, reimbursement systems, and market access frameworks across key markets.
• Proven experience designing and executing clinical, epidemiological, or health economic studies.
• Strong expertise in HEOR, outcomes research methodologies, and health policy evaluation.
• Demonstrated track record of scientific publications, conference presentations, or peer-reviewed research contributions.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and ability to translate evidence into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in an international environment.
