Position Overview
The Personalization Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and execution of personalized Coca-Cola can and bottle printing. This role ensures high-quality product output, operational accuracy, and adherence to brand standards while supporting a seamless and efficient personalization experience. The Personalization Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting business growth by maintaining equipment performance, managing production workflows, and leading a team of Ambassadors as personalization offerings expand.
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Personalization Operations
• Oversee daily personalized printing operations for Coca-Cola cans and bottles.
• Ensure all personalized products meet quality, safety, and brand standards prior to release.
• Maintain consistent execution of standard operating procedures related to printing, setup, and breakdown.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate maintenance or technical concerns as needed.
• Manage supplies, materials, and inventory related to personalization operations to support uninterrupted production.
• Pack bottles/cans in specified boxes and packaging to ensure safe delivery.
• Help assist in arranging special shipments such as LTL, Courier, USPS along with obtaining quotes.
• Point person for Fedex and all shipping partners and ensures Fedex picks up orders within SLA.
• Work closely with customer support to resolve customer inquires on status of their order, mispacks, damaged items, replacement orders etc.
Leadership & Team Support
• Lead by example, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Support, coach, and train Ambassadors on personalization procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist with ongoing training as the team and business grows.
• Foster a positive, productive team environment focused on operational excellence and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Partnership
• Serve as a primary point of contact for personalization-related inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
• Partner with internal teams including Ecommerce, Retail Operations, Brand, Marketing, and Training to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers related to equipment, supplies, or technical support.
• Communicate operational insights, challenges, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
• Uphold all safety procedures and equipment guidelines within personalization operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to product handling, brand standards, and operational excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
General Operational Support
• Support special projects, pilots, or expansion efforts associated with personalized products.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Retail and Ecom Leadership.

Education & Experience Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in retail operations, production, fulfillment, or technical environments preferred.
• Prior experience leading or training others strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving business needs.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a production environment with machinery and repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in fast-paced operational settings.

Pay Range:
United States of America: $38,032 - $43,465
