Principal Architect: AI & GCP Agentic Stack
About this role
Accountabilities
• Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture, translating business requirements into scalable technical blueprints across RAG, multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI workflows.
• Partner with sales and client teams to support consultative discovery, value engineering, and technical design during complex pre-sales engagements.
• Architect and govern Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, and performance expectations.
• Serve as technical liaison between clients, internal teams, and Google Cloud stakeholders to drive alignment on roadmap and solution design.
• Define and enforce MLOps, data orchestration, and AI governance practices aligned with GCP best practices.
• Conduct deep technical reviews and ensure delivery teams adhere to architectural intent and quality standards.
• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies and agentic behaviors with human-in-the-loop oversight.
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in technical architecture across AI, data, integration, and enterprise solution design.
• Expert-level knowledge of Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and BigQuery ML.
• Strong experience in client-facing and consultative roles influencing executive (CXO-level) stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in LLM systems, prompt engineering, and behavioral tuning of generative AI models.
• Deep understanding of AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., Python-based systems, LangGraph, ADK).
• Strong background in MLOps, cloud-native architecture, and data governance on Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• (Preferred) Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification and experience with TPU/HPU-based AI workloads.
