Principal Product Marketing Manager (PMM) - AI
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Define and own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AI-driven products, including agentic systems, orchestration layers, and analytics capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts (LLMs, AI agents, MCP servers, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases) into clear, differentiated narratives for diverse audiences.
• Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to build customer-centric stories and validate product value through real-world use cases.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for AI product launches, including messaging frameworks, sales plays, campaign strategy, and launch assets.
• Develop enablement materials such as pitch decks, demo scripts, email cadences, product tours, and datasheets to support sales and adoption.
• Create demand generation content tailored to multiple ICPs and buyer journeys across technical and non-technical segments.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform positioning, roadmap insights, and differentiation strategies in the AI ecosystem.
• Support cross-sell and expansion initiatives across the broader product portfolio through targeted messaging and campaigns.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, ideally across data, analytics, SaaS, cloud, or related domains.
• 1–2 years of experience directly supporting or owning AI/ML products, including exposure to AI agents or ML workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLM applications, RAG architectures, vector databases, MCP servers, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value and customer-facing messaging.
• Experience working with product-led growth or free trial motions is highly preferred.
• Strong storytelling, positioning, and narrative-building skills with a portfolio demonstrating impact-driven marketing work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Technical background or strong technical fluency is strongly preferred.
