Enterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements.

What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities:
Oracle EBS R12 Expertise

• Serve as a Techno functional SME for Oracle EBS modules (Procurement (Iproc, PO, RCV) and Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Drive solution design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise systems
• Provide thought governance on industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Bottom line ownership for any support/enhancement/projects under these tracks

Oracle Technical Leadership

• Lead Techno-functional solutioning for functional processes and RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Hands-on experience with:
• PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Web ADI
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs
• Workflow Builder, and OAF
• Conduct impact assessments for Oracle patches/upgrades; oversee performance tuning and code reviews.

AI and Automation Innovation

• Partner with data and business teams to identify and implement productive AI/ML use cases on these tracks
• Champion automation, AI-driven capabilities, and data-driven decision-making

Collaboration, Governance & Mentorship

• Cross functional team collaboration with stakeholders across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to drive integrated roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with change control, audit readiness, and data governance and security standards.
• Mentor team members and share technical/domain best practices across global teams.

Qualifications:
12+ years of Techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Procurement and Financials.

• Strong background supporting semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or electronics industries.
• Strong expertise on Procurement and Finance business processes/concepts.
• Proficient in Oracle functional configurations, RICEW development, integrations, data migration and API-based architecture.

Exposure to AI/automation in Procurement and Finance tracks.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, ETL, RPA or analytics platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Databricks) is preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Exposure to Concur, Esker applications and Oracle certifications (EBS, Cloud or OIC) are a strong plus.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs (Preferred).
• Strategic thinking with strong and accelerated execution mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication.
• Strong Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on leader and individual contributor

What We're Looking For

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Principal Professional with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS- R12 Procurement and Finance) and emerging technologies including AI/ML. This role will focus on enabling scalable, intelligent, and efficient solutions and systems within Procurement and Finance systems.

This is a senior individual contributor role that combines hands-on delivery with thought leadership, driving large-scale transformation. We welcome candidates of all identities—he, she, they, or otherwise—who are passionate about technology, innovation, and business impact.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

138,840 - 208,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
