Seeking a motivated Principal Systems Engineer – M365 to join our global team. This role is responsible for the strategy, adoption, and operational management of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong focus on maximizing business value across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
• Own and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Copilot)
• Drive adoption of M365 Copilot and modern collaboration tools
• Lead clear, end-user focused communication for M365 changes and updates
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance
• Partner with business and IT to deliver M365 solutions aligned to needs
• Establish standards, documentation, and best practices
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and mentor team members
• Track usage and adoption to drive continuous improvement
Skills:
• Strong communication and ability to simplify technical concepts
• Proven ability to drive adoption and change at scale
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and Experience:
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 platform
• Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot or similar tools
• Experience driving enterprise adoption initiatives
• Strong understanding of M365 security and governance
• 8–10+ years in large, global environments
Education:
• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
