What you’ll do:
• Contribute to customer services initiatives, helping deliver a high‑quality, engaging, and positive customer experience at every interaction.
• Develop compelling, user‑friendly training materials that empower both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
• Support the rollout of new processes and training assets across the organization to ensure seamless adoption and alignment.
• Partner with global business process experts to deeply understand, map, and elevate current end‑to‑end workflows, always keeping customer impact at the center.
• Identify opportunities, gaps, and experience‑enhancing improvements across existing processes to drive operational excellence and stronger customer engagement.
• Leverage Lean methodologies to design, enhance, and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and elevate the customer journey.
• Define meaningful success metrics and measurement methods to track adoption, performance, and customer‑focused outcomes of newly implemented processes.
• Actively participate in our virtual intern network, collaborating on business cases, enhancing personal development, and expanding your internal professional community.
More about you

• Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• An eagerness to learn Lean methodology and process improvement techniques

• EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
• Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
