Product Manager - AI Foundation Models

Job Description

You will define and lead the product strategy for a portfolio of AI foundation model–driven solutions in radiology, spanning Chest X-ray, Musculoskeletal X-ray, and Head CT. Working at the intersection of AI innovation, clinical workflows, and commercial adoption, you will translate advanced models into scalable products that deliver real value to radiologists and healthcare providers.

Your role

• Define and execute product strategy across multiple imaging modalities

• Translate AI models into scalable, market-ready healthcare products

• Own and prioritize high-impact clinical use cases

• Translate clinical and business needs into clear product requirements for ML and engineering teams

• Drive seamless integration of AI into radiology workflows and systems

• Shape and lead clinical validation strategies in close collaboration with clinical experts

• Ensure alignment with regulatory pathways in partnership with QA/RA stakeholders

• Engage with customers, radiologists, and the broader market to validate and refine product direction

• Align cross-functional stakeholders across AI, R&D, clinical, and business domains to deliver on product outcomes

You are the right fit if you have:

• Experience in radiology, imaging, or adjacent clinical domains OR strong experience in healthcare AI products

• Clear understanding of radiology workflows (PACS, reporting, triage), clinical decision-making context and how AI fits (and fails) in real practice

• Experience building AI/ML-driven products, including:

• Ability to translate model capabilities to user value Manage products where performance is probabilistic

• Proven track record of taking products from concept → launch and defining product strategy in uncertain environments

• Comfortable with incomplete data and changing technical constraints

• Strong experience working with ML / engineering teams, clinicians (radiologists ideally) and regulatory / quality teams

• Ability to align stakeholders with different incentives and drive decisions without formal authority

Nice to have:

• Prior work with PACS/RIS systems, radiology reporting tools and imaging AI products

• Familiarity with FDA / CE pathways, clinical studies and reimbursement models for imaging AI

• Ability to understand  foundation models, multimodal AI and basic ML trade-offs

• Understanding of procurement cycles and stakeholder landscape (radiologists, IT, admins)
