Overview
Our client is a rapidly scaling B2B AI powerhouse that doesn't just "do" AI—they build it into the DNA of enterprise workflows. Their clients range from NASDAQ-listed giants to major players in real estate and finance. They are now looking for a Product Manager who operates at the intersection of customer empathy and rapid technical prototyping. Whether you are an experienced PM or a developer/sales leader looking to pivot, they want a builder who lives in the future of AI.
What you will do:
• Own the Customer Feedback Loop: Interface directly with enterprise stakeholders to dissect their workflows, push back on inefficient requests, and synthesize insights into a sharp product vision.
• Accelerate Innovation: Use "vibe coding" (Cursor/Claude Code) to rapidly iterate on ideas, validating technical feasibility before involving the core engineering team.
• Master the Competitive Edge: Equip sales and marketing with the strategic "playbook" on why our solutions outperform the market.
• Guarantee Real-World ROI: Collaborate with solution consultants to ensure clients aren't just "active," but are seeing a transformative impact on their bottom line.
• Champion Alignment: Act as the central nervous system of the project—keeping engineers, designers, and executives perfectly in sync without being prompted.
What you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a mix of technical and business coursework is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, prompt tuning, agents, tool calling, and MCP.
• "Vibe coding" is already part of your toolkit; you use AI-assisted tools to move fast and test ideas independently.
• Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English; able to navigate a C-suite strategy session and a backend architecture discussion
• You move ideas forward with speed, possess a high degree of organization, and don't spiral when things break.
