Product Manager Analytics & AI
About this role
Accountabilities
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and AI capabilities, ensuring alignment between near-term delivery needs and long-term innovation goals.
• Define and evolve client-facing analytics experiences, including dashboards, reports, and insight tools that help enterprise users assess supplier readiness, risk, and compliance.
• Lead the development of conversational analytics features, including natural language query (NLQ) capabilities that deliver accurate, data-grounded insights.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Platform teams to design and leverage AI infrastructure, including LLM-powered and Snowflake Cortex-based capabilities.
• Work closely with analytics infrastructure teams to shape semantic data models, metrics layers, and embedded visualization experiences using BI tools.
• Use AI tools internally to accelerate product management work, including research, discovery synthesis, user story development, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to drive adoption, gather feedback, and refine analytics capabilities based on real-world usage.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment with ownership of shipped, customer-facing product capabilities.
• Strong background in building and launching analytics or data-driven products for external enterprise users (not limited to internal reporting tools).
• Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent, with understanding of data modeling and semantic layers.
• Familiarity with embedded analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Qlik, or Looker.
• Understanding of AI/ML product concepts applied to analytics, including NLQ, conversational BI, and LLM integration patterns.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers, ML engineers, and technical stakeholders; strong technical credibility preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance product workflows, research, and decision-making.
• Proficiency with product and design tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Figma (or equivalents).
• Strong analytical thinking, data literacy, and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain, compliance, or risk-related domains is a plus.
