Product Manager - Data & Experimentation
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Define and lead the strategy for data, analytics, and experimentation across digital products to support product decision-making
• Translate business and product goals into measurable outcomes, success metrics, and leading indicators
• Design and oversee experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and validation strategies for new features and initiatives
• Establish success criteria, guardrails, and decision-making frameworks prior to launching experiments
• Perform deep analytical work, including SQL-based querying and exploratory analysis, to identify growth and engagement opportunities
• Build, maintain, and standardize dashboards and reporting systems to monitor product performance and user behavior
• Identify measurement gaps and implement solutions to improve data quality and visibility
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed experimentation and measurement into product development workflows
Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or data-focused roles
• Strong hands-on SQL skills with the ability to independently query and analyze complex datasets
• Proven experience designing, executing, and interpreting experiments and assumption testing across product initiatives
• Experience building dashboards and working with modern data visualization or analytics tools
• Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define structured approaches
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working on consumer-facing digital products, ideally in media, streaming, or content-driven environments
• Familiarity with event-based analytics and experimentation platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
