About this role

Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy for data solutions that enhance pre-sales performance and reduce time-to-value

• Lead the development of automated systems to collect, process, and integrate prospect data at scale

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive engineering and data tasks using advanced technologies such as LLMs and intelligent agents

• Oversee the creation of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting systems that enable data-driven decision-making and compelling business cases

• Collaborate with stakeholders to fine-tune AI models and ensure optimal performance tailored to prospect needs

• Drive continuous product improvement by analyzing user behavior and identifying opportunities to enhance core systems

• Build internal tools that empower sales teams with self-service capabilities, reducing reliance on technical teams

• Act as a key liaison across engineering, data, and commercial teams to align priorities and support deal success

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, data platforms, or AI-driven environments

• Strong technical understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and ability to collaborate with engineering teams working in JavaScript ecosystems

• Proficiency in working with data analytics tools and defining requirements for dashboards and reporting systems

• Experience leveraging large datasets to drive product decisions and innovation

• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and customers to translate technical capabilities into business value

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data exploration is a plus

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and highly technical environments
