π― WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Hopae, Product Managers sit at the heart of everything we build. You'll work closely with engineering, design, research, and business teams to shape products that define how the world verifies identity β at scale, across borders, and without compromise.
We're hiring PMs across two teams:
hConnect β our core API product that lets businesses verify real people across borders through a single integration. PMs here own the developer-facing product experience, shape how enterprises and IDV providers connect to global eID systems, and drive adoption across fintech, credentials, supply chain, and gaming verticals.
Research β our frontier team pushing the boundaries of digital identity. The current focus is building a hardware-based, in-person identification solution β a genuinely hard, genuinely new problem at the intersection of physical and digital trust. PMs here work in a more exploratory, zero-to-one environment.
Across both teams, you will:
- Own your product area end-to-end β from discovery and roadmap to launch and iteration
- Translate complex regulatory, technical, and user requirements into clear, shippable specs
- Define success metrics and hold yourself accountable to them
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and legal/compliance to ship features that are both technically sound and commercially meaningful
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to understand what customers need β and what the market is ready for
- Communicate priorities clearly and push back when needed β you are the decision-maker for your surface area
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, and the voice of the product externally

You've shipped real products, own your decisions, and thrive without a playbook. You think in first principles, communicate with precision across time zones, and are genuinely excited about the future of digital identity.
For hConnect PMs: You have a B2B SaaS background, can hold your own in a technical conversation, and understand how product decisions move deals.
For Research PMs: You're comfortable in 0β1 territory β hardware meets software, experiments over sprints, structure built from scratch.
On seniority: We're hiring across levels. Associate/Mid-level PMs (1β4 years) bring hunger and sharp thinking. Senior PMs (5+ years) set the bar for everyone who follows.
