Learning Program Manager, Learning Journeys

Location: Denver, CO or Remote (Hybrid preferred)

The Opportunity

Within TM&D, the Learning Journeys team is focused on creating, executing, and optimizing role-based training and development paths to give our teammates a great start and ready them for their next role.

The Learning Journeys team is seeking to add a Learning Program Manager to continue to meet the demand for high-impact learning and play a pivotal role in learning strategy for the future. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of a variety of complex projects and programs aligned with our broader organizational goals while continuously measuring and enhancing their real-world effectiveness.

Your Impact

As a key contributor to our enterprise learning strategy, you will:

• Support Business Results: Ensure our Learning Journeys positively impact clinical and business performance outcomes, leadership bench strength, and talent retention.
• Drive Existing Program Execution: Go beyond traditional project management to deliver scalable, impactful learning programs that support the business.
• Develop and Lead Special Projects: Partner cross-functionally on critical strategy/projects that will advance progress on established enterprise multi-year objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complex Project Management

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple interconnected workstreams for large-scale programs.
• Drive Accountability: Set clear expectations, prioritize critical resources, and drive accountability across diverse, cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Strategy & Execution

• Solution Implementation: Translate high-level leadership development goals into actionable, scalable execution plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify project roadblocks and implement sustainable, innovative solutions to overcome them.

Adult Learning & Subject Matter Expertise

• Program Development: Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning principles. Design, develop, and meticulously maintain high-impact training content and the collateral that supports our learning experiences.

Stakeholder Management & Communications

• Leadership Communication: Serve as a reliable bridge between program execution and leadership. Concisely and effectively communicate program progress, potential risks, and achievements.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the Village (e.g., Wisdom, Analytics, Field Ops) to maximize the impact of your learning initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, with 5-8 years of proven experience in complex program/project management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• L&D Knowledge: Demonstrated track record of supporting leadership development functions—specifically in coaching, mentoring, or working within internal consulting ecosystems.
• Problem Solving & Analytics: Excel at cutting through ambiguity. Ability to balance a broad perspective with crucial execution details to make confident, data-driven recommendations.
• Technical Aptitude: Advanced collateral design and data analysis skills, with a high comfort level using project management tools (e.g ClickUp, Microsoft Planner, etc.) and the Microsoft 365 Suite. Proficient and eager to implement cutting edge technology (e.g. AI) into learning strategy and execution.
• Professional Presence: Exceptional ability to influence without direct authority, collaborate constructively with stakeholders, and pursue project goals effectively even when priorities shift.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
