Python + AI Developer1Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Python development with production-level software engineering practices.

• Experience with AI/ML-based chatbots and natural language understanding.

• Hands-on experience with AWS EKS or Kubernetes deployments.

• Integrations with APIs, particularly ServiceNow, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.

• Knowledge of logging, observability, and monitoring tools.

• Experience with conversational memory management and multi-turn dialogue handling.

• Strong documentation, testing, and QA skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in IT service automation or enterprise support bots.

• Familiarity with vectorized search and knowledge base systems.
