React JS Developer | JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, UI/UX, Web Optimization

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced React JS Developer to support the development of modern, responsive web applications. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize UI components that deliver excellent user experiences. The successful candidate will contribute to technical innovation, maintain high standards of code quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Software Requirements

• Required:

• Proficiency with React JS (latest LTS version) and Redux for building dynamic user interfaces

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and HTML5/CSS3 for front-end development

• Experience working with APIs, including REST and GraphQL, for data integration

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket

• Knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm, and yarn

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme for unit and integration testing

• Preferred:

• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries such as Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI

• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines supporting frontend deployments

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable React-based user interfaces for enterprise web applications

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to develop new features and improve application performance

• Write clean, modular, and testable code adhering to industry standards and best practices

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistent UI quality across projects

• Optimize front-end performance for fast load times and responsiveness on various devices and browsers

• Support automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment processes for UI components

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, UI/UX issues, and performance bottlenecks

• Stay informed about the latest front-end development trends, tools, and frameworks, and incorporate best practices

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing enterprise-scale React JS applications

• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Understanding of modern build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and source control best practices

• Industry experience in finance, technology, or enterprise solutions is a plus

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and maintain React components supporting UI/UX and business functionalities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature design, implementation, and UI enhancements

• Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure quality and consistency

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness

• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Troubleshoot UI issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks proactively

• Document design decisions, style guidelines, and implementation approaches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field

• 3+ years of practical experience developing React JS applications in enterprise environments

• Certifications or training in front-end frameworks or UI/UX design are advantageous

• Ability to adapt quickly to new frameworks, tools, and evolving project requirements
