Regional Sales Manager – Cybersecurity & Data Protection

About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle across direct and channel routes to market (Tier 1 & 2), positioning our cybersecurity and data protection solutions as strategic enablers for organizations navigating today's evolving compliance and threat landscape. You will develop a deep understanding of each client's business, align our solutions to their data protection priorities — including SOX, HIPAA, PCI, NERC, and more — and build compelling value propositions that drive meaningful, lasting impact.
What You'll Do
• Drive regional growth — Spearhead sales strategy and business development for advanced cybersecurity and data protection solutions, delivering consistent and sustainable revenue performance.
• Build executive relationships — Cultivate trusted partnerships with C-suite leaders, IT decision-makers, and key channel partners to expand market presence and accelerate pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle — Lead every stage from prospecting and lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure, consistently exceeding targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations — Design and deliver impactful solution demos that clearly articulate the business value of data protection and application security in reducing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally — Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and management teams to optimize deal velocity, maintain accurate forecasting, and achieve strategic KPIs.
• Stay ahead of the curve — Leverage in-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443 to position our solutions as trusted pillars of digital resilience.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (B2 or above).
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage credibly at C-level.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
