Accountabilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to R&D leadership.
• Own the operational cadence of R&D team meetings and planning.
• Act as a cross-functional connector to other business units.
• Maintain dashboards that showcase R&D progress and risks.
• Lead high-priority initiatives that cross team boundaries.
• Draft and manage key communications for the R&D department.
• Collaborate on hiring and talent development strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy or operations in SaaS or tech.
• 3+ years in a Chief of Staff or strategic operational role.
• Deep understanding of R&D organization dynamics.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Exceptional communication and presence with executives.
• Ability to drive process improvement effectively.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and complex environments.
• Familiarity with program/project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
