Accountabilities
• Own the Corporate Dashboard Portfolio: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards spanning key corporate metrics.
• Deliver Analytical Insights: Proactively surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities in corporate and revenue data.
• Partner with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for executive and cross-functional teams.
• Write and Optimize SQL: Query large-scale databases to extract, transform, and validate data for dashboards.
• Maintain Data Quality: Collaborate with data engineering to ensure accurate and timely data inputs for reporting.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing dashboards and automate reporting.
• Document and Standardize: Establish clear definitions and best practices for corporate and ARR-related metrics.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or analytics engineering role.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Tableau expertise: Experience building production-grade dashboards.
• Executive communication skills to present findings to senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of corporate performance metrics and SaaS fundamentals.
• Self-directed and proactive approach with strong critical thinking.
